Working on behalf of John Kelly Construction, JG Engineering was tasked with the setting out & surveying of a new build, luxury hotel with 42 bedrooms, gym, spa, swimming pool and restaurant. The top floor consists of 18 private apartments.
The project was challenging as three of the floors were set back into the hillside. The project consisted of earthworks cut/fill, the construction of several large concrete retaining wall structures. Surface water & foul water drainage, setting out of bolt boxes for steel work columns & pouring of concrete slabs.
